INGREDIENTS:
¼ c veg oil
½ c shallots or green onion, slivered
1 fresh hot red chilli, slivered
1 tsp honey
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 lbs spinach or any green leafy veg
½ c water
DIRECTIONS:
Fry the first 3 ingrediants together for 2 to 3 minutes over med-high heat. Add next 2 ingrediants and mix in.
Add greens and stir enough to coat leaves evenly with oil. Add water and cover. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove cover, mix thoroughly and serve immediately.
