1/2 cup sour cream or low-cholesterol substitute
2 TB water
1 tsp cider vinegar
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 tsp celery seed
Artificial sweetner, to taste
1 tsp dried basil or crumbled dried rosemary (optional)
Combine the sour cream and water. Add the vinegar, stirring well. Toss with the cabbage. Stir in celery seed and sweetner. Season with the basil or rosemary. (optional)
