1 ¼ c canned tomatoes
¾ teaspoon or more of salt
3 to 4 c of kidney beans
½ bay leaf
1 package of low calorie sweetner
¼ c or more water
2 tsp to 2 Tbsp of chilli powder
depending on your taste and the strength of chilli powder. Cover and simmer for at least 20 mins or longer. The longer it cooks, the thicker it becomes and the better it tastes. Make it a day ahead and reheat.
