1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup reduced-fat milk
2 eggs
1 TB canola oil or melted butter
1/3 tsp salt
Combine all the ingrediants in small bowl, beating until smooth (batter will be very thin).
Pour scant 1/4 cup batter into greased small skillet, tilting pan to coat bottom evenly with batter. Cook over medium heat until browned on the bottom, 2 to 3 minutes. Turn the crepe and cook until browned on the other side, 2 to 3 minutes
