1 cup whole whaet pastry flour, divided
1 pkg fast rising yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup very hot water
2 tsp honey
Combine 3/4 cup flour, yeast and salt in a medium bowl; add hot water and honey, stirring until smooth. Mix in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead dough on floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 5 mins. Cover and let stand 15 mins before using.
