Roasted Broccoli and Fried Tofu
Roasted Broccoli and Fried Tofu 1-2 heads of broccoli oil for basting tomato sauce ½ to 1 package of tofu, cut into retangular shapes oil for frying (Would be able to fry in deep fryer much easier/quicker) Preheat oven to 350 degrees put heads of broccoli in a medium sized bowl and cover with oil. Make sure the broccoli is well coated. Season lightly with desired spices. (I like salt, pepper and garlic powder). Bake for 25 mins. Remove from oven and serve covered in tomato sauce. Meanwhile, heat the oil for frying and cook tofu until crisp golden brown on each side. Season with salt. YUMMY! |
